Vienna for nostalgics! Our flat "Stilbruch" offers you a lot of flair of past times in an absolutely quiet location.

Typical Viennese old building with high ceilings, double doors and herringbone parquet flooring; lovingly furnished with antiques from different eras.

From the hallway you enter the spacious living room (with fold-out sofa), which is adjoined on one side by the even larger bedroom (furnished with a double bed and a wide single bed as well as a large washbasin) and on the other side by a pretty veranda with a view of the extensive garden landscape. The beds are freshly made for you and plenty of towels are provided.

The flat also has a fully equipped kitchen, a small daylight shower room and a separate WC.

Furnishings include the usual kitchen inventory, cooker, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, washing machine, iron, CD player, satellite TV, WLAN.

The flat has a small seating area in the front garden.

Since residents' parking is also permitted in Vienna-Währing, we recommend P+R.

The flat is located in Gersthof, a very green neighbourhood in Vienna-Währing. Combine a relaxing holiday with a city break! You can reach Vienna city centre in approx. 20 minutes via a direct tram connection. The surrounding area invites you to take walks through parks and vineyards; the idyllic wine tavern town of Neustift am Walde and an outdoor adventure pool are within walking distance.

Welcome to a very special accommodation. My family has lived here since the 1920s. Five generations and different eras have left their mark. I invite my guests on a journey of discovery and am happy to answer any questions and make suggestions.
