Information about the host
Our cosy 67 m² holiday flat is located in a small part of Sulzberg. You live in a two-family house on the ground floor with a terrace. From the terrace you have a beautiful view of the Grünten.
The 2 room flat offers you a fully equipped kitchen, a separate living room, as well as the following sleeping facilities: a separate bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, as well as a pull-out sofa (1.40 m) in the living room. The bathroom has a bathtub with separate WC.
Smoking is not permitted in the living area. Animals are not allowed.
Lake Öschlesee can be reached on foot in 20 min. By car you need about 10 min. The next shopping facilities are reachable by car in 5 min (Sulzberg & Durach). For a city stroll to Kempten you need about 20 min. Bus stop is within walking distance.
Whether hiking and skiing in Oberstdorf (approx. 40 min by car), a visit to Neuschwanstein Castle in Schwangau (approx. 40 min by car) or a visit to Lindau on Lake Constance (approx. 1 h by car). Our holiday flat offers the ideal starting point for excursions.
Not included in the rental price:
Final cleaning in the amount of 60,00 .
The local visitor's tax.
We only rent to holiday guests for holiday purposes. No business travellers or for work stays.
No long-term stays. Maximum stay 14 days. If you would like to book for a longer period, please contact us by e-mail.

Die Anreise ist ab 15:00 Uhr bis 20:00 Uhr möglich oder nach Absprache.
Die Abreise ist bis 11:00 Uhr möglich.
Eine Anzahlung in Höhe von 20% des Gesamtpreises ist direkt nach Buchung erforderlich.
Die Restsumme ist bis spätestens 2 Wochen vor Anreise fällig.
Bei Stornierung wird die Anzahlung in Höhe von 20% einbehalten.
Bei frühzeitiger Abreise erfolgt keine Kostenerstattung.
Erfolgt die Buchung weniger als 14 Tage vor Reiseantritt, so ist der Gesamtzahlungsbetrag sofort fällig.
