Die Ferienwohnung "Strandnest 1" befindet sich im Erdgeschoss des Hauses "Strandnest-Norderney". Das Haus liegt in der Maybachstraße und beherbergt insgesamt drei Ferienwohnungen unterschiedlicher Größe. Die Wohnung "Strandnest 1" wurde im Frühjahr 2023 frisch renoviert und bietet auf ca. 35qm Platz für bis zu zwei Personen.
Bei der Gestaltung der Wohnung wurde Wert auf helle und natürliche Farben und einen modernen Einrichtungsstil gelegt. Die Wohnung verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und TV. Das Wohnzimmer bietet eine Schlafcouch (1,60m x 2,00m), die ideal für eine zweite Person ist, die separat schlafen möchte. Die integrierte Küchenzeile ist mit allem ausgestattet. Das Bad ist mit einer Dusche, einem Handtuchtrockner und einem WC ausgestattet. Haustiere (Hunde) sind in dieser Ferienwohnung nicht erlaubt.
