For a stay with friends or family, whatever the season, come and enjoy this completely renovated house with an uninterrupted view of the sea.
As you enter this house, you enter a large, bright living room that is open to the outside world, with its beautiful view of Aber Wrac'h in particular. It includes a large, fully-equipped open-plan kitchen. A bar with 3 bar stools separates it from the dining room, which has a large table for enjoying meals with family and friends. The dining room also opens onto the living room, with its large picture windows and French doors offering views of the sea and garden. This lounge is ideal for getting together with friends or family for a drink while enjoying the beautiful view.
Also on the ground floor, you'll find a bedroom with a double bed (140x190), a separate WC and the house's only bathroom, fitted with a bath and double washbasin unit.
Upstairs you'll find the house's 3 other bedrooms. The 1st bedroom has a double bed (160x200) and faces south with a lovely sea view. The other 2 bedrooms are ideal for children: they each have 2 single beds, also with sea views, and a toy box. For the little ones we also have a cot with mattress, a high chair and a bathtub. A television is installed in one of the bedrooms on this floor, a satellite connection with a limited number of channels.
In the basement you will find a laundry area with washing machine and tumble dryer.
The exterior will delight young and old alike. The garden of over 5,000 m² planted with trees has several areas to take advantage of the incredible view over the sea and the port of Aber Wrac'h. Children will love discovering the Breton moor at the bottom of the garden with its tree houses, while adults will enjoy the large fixed barbecue and the magnificent view. Garden furniture is of course available for young and old (large table and deckchairs).
Crossing the road, you can discover the flora and fauna of the foreshore. But if you prefer the beaches, the house is located on the Sainte-Marguerite peninsula, where you can get there very quickly and discover its magnificent beaches of fine sand. This peninsula is also very popular with board sports fans, as it's a well-known spot for kitesurfing, wingfoiling and funboarding! For hiking enthusiasts, the GR34 long-distance hiking trail passes just 2 minutes from the house, allowing you to discover the beauty of Aber Wrac'h.
The little extras you won't find elsewhere? Bed and bathroom linen provided (sheets, covers, pillowcases, towels, tea towels), a welcome basket of 100% local produce, a digital welcome booklet explaining how the house works and advising you on things to do and places to visit!
Less than 30 minutes away, you can discover the most popular tourist attractions in the Pays des Abers and the Pays d'Iroise: visit the islands of Ouessant or Molène from the pretty, lively and picturesque port of Le Conquet (you can also leave from Lanildut), discover the 3 Abers and their magnificent landscapes, go for a walk along the wild coast or discover the Ile Vierge lighthouse, visit the Pointe Saint Matthieu, the Château de Kergroadès, or the Musée de la Marine in Brest. For art lovers: La Passerelle in Brest, La Fondation Leclerc in Landerneau, the Brest Museum of Fine Art....
For children, there's also the 3 Curés amusement park and Océanopolis (one of Europe's largest aquariums) nearby.
For the more sporty, there are magnificent kitesurfing, windsurfing, paddleboarding and surfing spots nearby. For golfers, there are several nearby, including the Abers golf course.
