It is located in front of the Victoria beach and is very close to areas of interest such as supermarkets, excellent restaurants, tapas bars and leisure of the city. In addition, in summer, you can enjoy the great sporting atmosphere of the Cádiz Arena, a seasonal sports stadium located right in front of the accommodation. It is a very well communicated area where parking will not be a problem as it has a private parking space.
It has 1 bedroom, a bathroom with shower, living room with double sofa-bed and fully equipped kitchen. The building has a lift and the flat has a small terrace of 3m2 to watch the best sunsets with sea views.
🆔📄 Guests must show a valid identity document and sign a tourist rental contract at check-in (in accordance with Decree 28/2016 of the Junta de Andalucía on Housing for Tourist Purposes).
