Cook delicious meals in a well-equipped kitchen.
It is a very nice flat with a great view of the greenery. The large window fronts let a lot of light into the flat. Because of the high walls (monopitch roof) and the beautiful furnishings, it has its own Mediterranean flair. Naturally, the flat is in a quiet location.
The location is very convenient in terms of transport, as the flat is close to the S-Bahn station of the airport line S8 and you can also get to the city centre quickly from there. (approx. 15 minutes). The S-Bahn station is about a 5-8 minute walk, depending on the speed. You can also get to the Munich Trade Fair Centre very quickly by car (approx. 8 minutes) and to the city centre (15-20 minutes). Furthermore, a bus runs directly in front of the front door in various directions (U4, city centre and also to the trade fair)
When building and furnishing the flat, care was taken to ensure that no materials containing harmful substances were used and the mattresses of the beds are new and protected against mites. Of course, we also have bed linen for allergy sufferers.
Description of the flat: Spacious entrance (approx. 20 square metres) with wardrobe, chest of drawers and a sleeping alcove with a single bed. (the sleeping alcove has its own window and is separated from the hallway)
Bathroom (approx. 9 sqm) with a double washbasin, a bathtub and shower, has a small chest of drawers and a huge window.
Bedroom 1(approx. 22 sqm) with double bed (1.80 x 2 m), two wardrobes, a chest of drawers and a secretary and an armchair and a chair, large window front and access to the balcony.
Bedroom 2 (approx. 22 sqm) with double bed (1.80 x 2 m), a wardrobe and a large writing desk.
Living room (approx. 40 sqm) with kitchen equipped with all the usual appliances, such as dishwasher, microwave etc., dining table for up to 5 people, chest of drawers and display cabinet for the crockery. There is also a couch with coffee table, a large TV, a TV armchair and a leather armchair, stereo system and a large window front and access to the balcony.
