The bathroom includes a basic toilet kit (shampoo, body wash, clean washbasin towel, hair dryer). The kitchen has everything you need to make you feel at home: hob for cooking, fridge, microwave, toaster and dishwasher. In addition, it has a flat screen TV, free WiFi.

We will welcome you at our offices in the Plaza Mayor de Madrid (Calle Fresa nº 1 LOCAL), 28012, Madrid, from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Before your arrival we will need to verify your data to comply with local laws, as well as to sign the relevant contract, essential for the delivery of the keys.

CANCELLATION

For cancellations more than 30 days before the date of entry, 70% of the money paid will be refunded. For cancellations more than 15 days in advance, 50% of the money paid will be refunded. There will be no refund of any amount for cancellations with less than 15 days.
