The holiday home has the following rooms:

Bathroom: 3.60m² with bathtub with shower option, WC, washbasin, hairdryer, marble floor.
Kitchen: 8.20 m² with electric hob, oven, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, cork design floor.
Bedroom: 13.80 m², double bed with good mattresses, adjustable slatted frames, large mirrored wardrobe and reading corner, cork parquet flooring.
Living/dining room: 29.00 m² with high-quality furnishings (Team 7, Arper), modern leather couch and armchair, TV with soundbar and Apple TV, radio, wooden floorboards and carpet.
The west-facing terrace is directly accessible from the living/dining room and invites you to sit comfortably. Trees protect from too much sun. The second terrace, located to the east of the garden, also invites you to sunbathe in the afternoon. Garden furniture including barbecue are available.
WLAN, Apple TV, DVD, iron, ironing board and clothes horse are available.

Description of the accommodation

The small, stylish country house stands free on a hill with a view of the opposite side of the valley and over Bad Dürkheim into the Rhine plain. Several steps (approx. 20) lead from the quiet cul-de-sac with good parking facilities to the entrance of the garden. The house is idyllically situated in a well-kept garden with lawn. The total living space is approx. 60 m² and offers 2 people very good living qualities.
