We are delighted that you have chosen our holiday flat in Blankenese and warmly welcome you.
Our holiday flat was completed in October 2022 and lovingly furnished for you. We hope that you will feel at home here. From our house you can reach the shopping street in the village centre, all parks, the Treppenviertel and the Elbe on foot in a few minutes.
The beach with its ferry dock and two sailing clubs, as well as several beautiful parks invite you to take relaxing walks.

By booking the holiday flat, you accept the following house rules.
House rules/ GTC holiday flat
Our holiday flat is a non-smoking flat.
We therefore ask you NOT to smoke in the flat.
Please let us know your expected arrival time, if there are deviations from the specified times of arrival. The chip card handover takes place by individual arrangement.
We will provide you with bed linen for the duration of your stay. You do not need to remove the bed linen before your departure.
Used crockery must be put back in the cupboards clean and dry, the beds do not need to be stripped.
Please simply throw all used towels in a pile on the floor before departure.
Bathroom.
We ask you to remove tiles/glass from the shower after showering to avoid limescale deposits.
Leave the window and, if possible, the door open for ventilation.
No hygiene products, waste, leftover food, harmful liquids, grease or similar may be thrown or poured into the shower or toilet, as this can lead to unpleasant blockages. Please use the facilities provided.
Damage
Nobody damages things on purpose, but it can happen to anyone that something gets broken. If this should happen, we ask you to report the damage to us immediately so that we do not discover it only after your departure during the final cleaning.
The guest is liable for damages in the amount of the replacement costs.
Bed linen
Unless otherwise agreed, the costs of the final cleaning are included in the total price. They are calculated on a normal cleaning effort. If cleaning is required in between, please let us know!
Hairdryer
We will provide you with a hairdryer for the duration of your stay. You will find it in the sink cabinet.
Liability
The landlord is not liable for valuables of the guest/guests.
Towels
We provide you with towels for the duration of your stay. You will find additional towels in the washbasin cabinet.
Please simply throw the used towels on the floor before departure. First-aid kit
A small first-aid kit is available for emergencies and can be found in the under-sink cupboard. However, we hope that you will not need it.
House rules
Under certain circumstances, it may be necessary for the landlord to enter the holiday flat without the guest's knowledge.
Pets
Pets are allowed in the flat.
Internet/ W-LAN
A wireless internet connection (W-LAN) is available in the holiday flat. The
access code is available in the holiday flat.
Child's bed/child's high chair
On request, we can provide you with a travel cot including bed linen and/or a high chair free of charge. Please just let us know what you need when booking.
Kitchen
The kitchen has been completely refitted. Please treat the kitchen equipment and technical appliances with care. Please only put the crockery back in the cupboards when it is clean and dry. The same applies to cutlery, pots and appliances that you have used. Please put everything back the way you would like to find it yourself.
No waste, leftover food, harmful liquids, grease or similar may be thrown or poured into the sink, as this can lead to unpleasant blockages.
Airing
To avoid the formation of mould, we ask you to air the rooms sufficiently, at least once a day (5-10 minutes) and especially after showering.
Waste
As we are obliged to separate waste, we ask you to help us do this.
Waste must be separated into:
-> Packaging material according to the yellow bag, i.e. all packaging with the green dot.
-> Paper (blue bin) The bin for this is located at the cloakroom.
-> Organic (green bin), i.e. fruit and vegetable waste, coffee filters, tea bags etc.) -> Residual waste (everything that does not fall into the first two categories)
-> We can dispose of used glass/deposit bottles for you on request.
We will provide you with bin liners.
You can park directly on the street. There are other public car parks in the immediate vicinity.
In the event of a short-term failure of furnishings, public utilities or force majeure, there is no entitlement to a price reduction. Defects in the holiday flat must be reported to the landlord immediately. The guest shall grant the landlord a reasonable period of time to rectify the defects. Later complaints will not be accepted and cannot be taken into account.
Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited in our holiday flat. Damage such as burn marks and holes in or on furniture, flooring, bed linen, etc. will result in us having to charge you for this at replacement value.
Smoking is permitted throughout the property. However, please do not dispose of the butts on the floor, but in the ashtrays or residual waste provided.
Cleaning
If you should have a mishap (extreme dirt, liquids on the floor or work surfaces, etc.), we ask you to remove this immediately. Brooms, dustpans, hoovers and cleaning materials are available. Buckets and mops are available in the main house.
We ask you to leave the holiday flat swept clean on departure and to put all used dishes back in the cupboards clean and dry.
The house entrance door can only be opened from the outside with a chip card. Please do not close the door carelessly, but make sure that you have a chip card with you. The front door should always be closed and locked with a chip card when you leave the house. Likewise, all windows must be closed when leaving the flat to avoid possible damage caused by storms or burglary.
Additional arrangements
On request or by arrangement, we offer additional extras such as - / bread service, breakfast, lunch, dinner. Please discuss the various options/prices with us in advance. We have our own restaurant which is located 800 m from the holiday flat. You can contact us if you are interested. We can offer you breakfast, lunch, dinner for an attractive price.
