Cozy 45sqm apartment with balcony located on the 3rd floor of a building with lift (with a flight of stairs to reach it) in the Calvairate district, eastern area of the city of Milan.
The bus stop # 91 and # 93 is just outside the house, while the Milan-Porta Vittoria FN station is only 600m away and allows you to reach Porta Venezia and Garibaldi in a few stops!
Possibility of free parking under the house, ALDI supermarket just 100m away!

- ENTRANCE with LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, dining table and TV and KITCHEN equipped with gas hob, electric oven, fridge, freezer, kettle.

Additional services available to guests: central heating, air conditioning, limited pocket-wifi, washing machine, balcony
