Our sunny holiday flat with approx. 50 m² of living space offers space for 1 - 5 people. The cosy kitchen-living room with sofa bed, armchair, coffee table and flat screen TV invites you to relax.

Integrated in it is the kitchenette with 2 hotplates, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, bread baking device and refrigerator with small freezer compartment. Of course, you will also find all the necessary crockery and a dining area with a corner bench and two chairs.

The holiday flat has a spacious bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. Next to this bed you can put a guest bed, so that two children can sleep in the room.

Over both rooms is our beautiful sunny balcony with garden furniture and, if required, with a parasol.

Pets are only allowed on request.

Our house is located above the old town and is still centrally located and can be reached on foot in about 7 minutes. The house picture shows the valley view. Your sunny balcony is on the left-hand side, from which you have a view of our small valley, part of the town and the surrounding area.

The entrances to the house and holiday flat are on the ground floor.

From our house you can easily reach all the main sights on foot, e.g. approx. 10 - 15 min.

From our house you can easily reach all important sights on foot, e.g. approx. 10 - 15 min. to Albrechtsburg/Dom and approx. 20 min. to the porcelain manufactory.

We are also a good starting point for excursions in the beautiful surroundings, e.g. to Moritzburg or to the vineyards in the Elbe valley. You can also reach Saxon Switzerland quickly and easily by S-Bahn.

Payment is made in cash on site.
Cancellations up to 7 days before arrival are free of charge. Later cancellations will be charged with 90 % of the total price.

Arrival is possible from 17:00 to 20:00.
Departure is possible until 10:00 a.m.
Other arrival and departure times are possible after consultation.
The keys are handed over personally on site.
Pets are welcome on request plus 3,50€ per pet/night
A baby cot can be provided on request (free of charge).

An extra bed can be provided on request (for an additional charge of 6€/night).
The guest tax of € 1.50 per person (from 18 years)/night will be charged extra on site.
Rent includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels and flat rate for electricity, gas, water and heating.

WLAN access is available free of charge.

Parking is available free of charge in front of the accommodation.
