Townhouse is located in Calella de Palafrugell in a quiet place just 5 minutes walk from the magnificent beaches of Canadell and Llafranc.
The house is divided into three levels. The house has an outdoor parking space. On the ground floor we find an entrance, kitchen with a breakfast area and laundry room with washing machine, living room with access to a large sunny terrace and private garden. The first floor has two double bedrooms, a bedroom with 2 single beds, a bathroom with bathtub and one with a shower. On the upper level we find a large studio with a sofa bed for 2 people and access to a nice terrace.
