House divided into 3 totally independent flats with shared swimming pool, just 1 km from the quiet beach of Calella de Palafrugell, one of the most beautiful on the Costa Brava!

This flat is located on the ground floor.
It has a terrace where you can enjoy breakfast and meals in the sun overlooking the pool, living room with TV and direct access to the terrace. Kitchen with all cooking utensils including cutlery, frying pans, fridge, induction hob, microwave, toaster, oven, dishwasher and washing machine. It has 1 bedroom with double bed (135x190cm), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190cm), 1 bedroom with bunk beds (80x180cm) and 1 renovated bathroom with shower.
Located in a very quiet area with a swimming pool (open from May) shared by the 3 flats.
Bookings from young people under 35 years old are not allowed.
Pets accepted only on request and at an additional cost.
- Bed linen and towels are not included. Cost 8 euros/person/bed linen and
8 euros/person/towels.
- Wifi not included. Cost 7 euros per day to be paid on arrival.
- Cot and high chair: 5 euros/day/cot, 5 euros/day/high chair.
