Description of the apartment
The lovingly furnished holiday flat has a spacious eat-in kitchen with corner bench and cosy couch.
The kitchen is equipped with all important electrical appliances: 2-plate ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. Sufficient cooking and eating utensils are available.
A cosy double bed and a second TV await you in the separate bedroom.
The adjoining bathroom is equipped with a shower and WC.
The flat is equipped with laminate flooring and has a balcony with a beautiful view of the Karwendel mountains.
Kitchen towels, shower towels, towels and bed linen are provided by us.
You can use the WLAN free of charge.

Our quiet, secluded house with 2 comfortably furnished holiday flats for 1-2 persons, with a beautiful mountain view. The holiday flats have a balcony, telephone, TV and WLAN. You can reach the village centre on foot in 10 minutes. Bus stop in the immediate vicinity of the flats.
Payment with EC card possible.
Miscellaneous
A deposit of 100€ will be charged after booking. You will receive the details from us by e-mail.
You pay the remaining amount on site in cash, by EC card or credit card.
Cancellations made up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge.
Later cancellations will be charged at 90% of the total price.
Arrival from 16.
Departure until 9.30 am.
Keys will be handed over personally on site or in a key safe.
Pets are not allowed.
Tourist tax of 3.00 euros per person per night will be charged separately on site.
Included: towels, bed linen, final cleaning, WLAN, parking.
Other fees: Bread roll service.
