In our holiday flat with sunny balcony and garden, you are guaranteed dreamy holidays on Borkum!
The flat is located on the first floor in the "Apartment House Regina", is approx. 45 m² in size and has a living room with dining area and integrated kitchen, a separate bedroom, a shower room and a balcony.
An optimal room layout, stylish furnishings and free WiFi ensure pleasant living comfort during your holiday. With up to four people, you will feel completely at home here!
The holiday flat is only a few metres away from the beautiful sandy beach of Borkum. Ideal to pack your swimming things after breakfast and start a sunny day at the beach! But you can also enjoy the sun "at home": the flat has a beautiful balcony for wonderful hours of relaxation! Or you can sit comfortably in the large communal garden. There is even a sandbox for your little ones to play in.
The separate bedroom of the Borkum holiday flat is equipped with a double bed and a pull-out armchair offers sleeping possibilities for another person. In addition, there are two full-size cupboard beds in the living room, which are very easy to set up.
For convenient self-catering during your Borkum holiday, the holiday flat has a well-equipped kitchenette - including a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster.
Or you can indulge yourself with culinary delights: In the nearby Borkum town centre and on the promenade you will find many recommendable restaurants with delicious North Sea cuisine. Enjoying fresh fish or seafood here on terraces with a sea view are dream holiday moments!
A cot and high chair are provided if required. A changing mat and sand toys as well as a hairdryer in the bathroom are part of the holiday flat's fixed inventory.
General information: In the basement of the flat house, a washing machine and dryer are available for a small fee, as well as an ironing board and an iron (shared use).There is a parking space for bicycles in front of the house.
Please understand that dogs are unfortunately not allowed in our holiday flat.
