The cosy 2-room flat is located on the top floor.
From the south-facing balcony you have a wonderful view of "Staufen, Rindalphorn and Hochgrat".
The living/dining area with visible roof truss, kitchen, dining table and comfortable couch invites you to a nice "Hostube" (entertainment) and to relax. If the sofa is used for sleeping, it has a sleeping area of 130 x 200 cm.
The bedroom is equipped with a high-quality box-spring bed with split mattresses.
The holiday flat has a daylight bathroom with walk-in shower and bathtub, a separate WC and underfloor heating.
We have named it after the county of Königsegg-Rothenfels, to which Oberstaufen belonged in the 17th century.
A warm "Grüß Gott" and "Welcome" to Hochgratblick Sinswang!
You will find us in a quiet and sunny panoramic location just 500 metres from the outskirts of Oberstaufen and a good kilometre from Oberstaufen PARK.
Feel at home and relax in one of our three lovingly furnished holiday flats in a modern Alpine style.
Your holiday benefits: With the Oberstaufen PLUS guest card you receive numerous free services (mountain railways, ski pass and Aquaria panorama pool etc.) / Various hikes can be undertaken directly from the house in summer (including the Kapf hiking area). The premium winter hiking trail "Kapfwald-Runde" and the winter hiking trail "um den Kapf" are right on the doorstep / The cross-country ski trail, a family ski lift and a restaurant are within walking distance.

A filter coffee machine and a capsule machine (Nespresso) are available in our holiday flats. Bed linen and towels are provided.
Baby and children's beds and highchairs are subject to availability.
In the ski and bike cellar you will find a boot dryer for your ski and cross-country ski boots, snowboard boots and other sports shoes.
The nearest charging station for electric cars is only about 350 metres away.
Early arrival is often possible. We will endeavour to accommodate your wishes here.
If you could let us know your intended arrival time, that would be great.
