The villa is located in the Urbanization of Sierra Altea Golf,one of the most exclusive urbanizations on the Costa Blanca with just a 3 minutes from the Don Cayo Golf Club and 5 minutes from to beautiful Costa Blanca beaches. The villa is located in the original Spanish village of Altea La Vella, where you can find 2 supermarkets, little restaurants and some original Spanish cafés and bars.
Just 8 minutes drive you will find the Original, romantic & historical town of Altea with its famous long stairways to the remains of 15th century fortification, the old church, the little alley, with shops, terraces, and a wide selection of the best restaurants.
Altea is protected and surrounded by the mount Bernia which creates a micro climate with moderate winters and dry summers with a gentle breeze off the bright blue Mediterranean Sea..

The Spanish styled villa is located on 2200 m² private terrain at a very quiet street, in area surrounded with villas with residents. The villa is spacious but cosy, on the first floor 2 bedrooms and 1 master bedroom with tv/sat, 2 bathrooms ,kitchen and nice living room with flat screen tv and satellite. From the living room you enter the outside patio and the staircase brings you to ground floor. Through a separate entrance on the ground floor level you'll enter the ground floor of the villa where you will find the 4th bedroom with a double and single bed, with big bathroom and tv. On the ground floor is the scullery with the washing machine and tumble dryer, and the billiard room with a professional pool billiard. All the rooms are air-conditioned and the villa has wireless high-speed Internet access throughout.
The terrace is made in three levels: higher level with a pergola and big dining table for 14 persons and stone BBQ. a sun terrace of 400m² with comfortable sunbeds and outside shower. A few steps lower you will find the lounge terrace with lazy beds from where you have an 180 degree views, from the sea to the mountains.
From the terrace you reach the lower part of the property where the tennis or sports court is situated. The full-size tennis court is the unique feature of this villa. On the court you will find 2 football goals (size indoor) which you can change in to a sports field by removing the tennis. Next to the tennis court you will find the air-conditioned guesthouse with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom to accommodate 3 persons. The complete terrain has a beautiful, mature & meticulously maintained garden that includes fruit trees, flowers & many exotic plants.
The panoramic views from the house terraces include the Mediterranean Sea, the mountains, and the beach is just a few minutes away.
