The quiet 160m² vacation home Casa Bell-Punt is located in Alcudia, a small resort town in the northern part of the island of Majorca. The 2-storey home consists of a spacious, comfortably furnished living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. The home features Wi-Fi, a television, and a washing machine. Children are allowed and a baby chair and a highchair are available (upon request). The balcony affords fantastic views of Alcudia bay and a lighthouse on a small island. Guests can relax outdoors on the lawn in the private furnished garden and recline on the sun beds. The 100 sqm open furnished sun terrace, a private feature, is great for dining and guests can cook in the private grill area, also a private feature. There is another large terrace on the 1st floor where guests can sit on the comfortable corner sofa and sip a glass of "vino" while watching the yachts entering the port of Alcudia. The home is directly on the beach with its own dock and the long seafront promenade is ideal for walks. Guests can explore the natural beauty of the area in the Pablado Marques de Suances and the Puig Son Villa hiking areas, just a 5 to 20 minute (2 to 20 km) drive from the home. Golf enthusiasts will enjoy the scenic Club de Gold Alcanada overlooking the sea, just a 2 minute (650 m) drive from the home. The Alcudia area currently has 188 cycling routes that wind through the stunning mountain and coastal landscape. Palma de Mallorca Airport is a 48 minute (65 km) drive from the home.
