On the upper floor there are 5 high-quality bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom: 3x double room, 1x single room, 1x 4-person room with double bed and bunk bed. There is also a pull-out couch for 2 people and a folding travel bed.
On the ground floor is the stately master bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed.
There are 2 additional cots and highchairs available.

A large entrance portal, a fully equipped modern kitchen, the stately parents' bedroom, the club area and a large hall with a huge table with space for 18 people are located on the ground floor.
On the upper floor there are 5 high-quality bedrooms, each with its own WC, shower and TV.
As you use the villa as an entire holiday home, you can enjoy your privacy in absolute peace and quiet.

A deposit of €50 can be charged after booking. The remaining amount is payable either in cash on site or by bank transfer 14 days before arrival.
A deposit of €300 will be retained on arrival.

Full refund of the rental price up to 60 days before arrival.

Arrival from 4 pm to 10 pm.
Departure from 7 am to 10 am.

The keys will be handed over personally on arrival on site.

The tourist tax is to be paid separately on site: € 2.10 for adults, € 1.60 for children from 6 years, € 1.50 for athletes.
The holiday home can only be booked as a unit.

Electricity and gas are charged according to consumption: Electricity: 0.35 €/kwh; Gas: 0.07 €/kwh, meter readings are taken on arrival and departure with the guest.
No pets allowed.
Parking for 4 vehicles available; parking is possible on ski slope 2. In the event of unexpected snowfall with snowdrifts, parking is only possible in public car parks.
