Great two bedroom flat (with tourist license number TI / 170), simple but with everything you need, located in a building in the centre of Palma; Perfectly located in a lively area in the city centre but with the tranquility of being in a street with little traffic, have views from the balcony and plenty of light due to the three large windows available.



You will find a fully equipped kitchen (with ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, fridge, freezer and washing machine) and a newly renovated bathroom with shower. Then there are two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds); in the living-dining room there are several sofas and armchairs as well as a dining table; television and free WIFI access.



The only small disadvantage of this flat is that it is located on the 3rd floor, it will require a little effort to move to a unique place in the city (VERY IMPORTANT NO LIFT!).



It is located in the heart of the trendy district of Palma, Sa Gerreria, a neighbourhood with many essence with all kinds of bars, restaurants, shops and street art. You don't have to worry about noise or anything similar, being located in a very quiet street you will be able to rest from the noise generated by the cities and at the same time have all the comforts at the foot of the street. Located 250 metres from the Plaça de Cort and the Plaça Major and only 800 metres from the Plaça d'Espanya where the majority of public transport (Sóller Train, Airport Bus, Buses to all destinations on the island) is centralised.



NB: A deposit of 250€ will be retained during your stay.

-Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the property, you can smoke on any of the terraces always being careful with cigarette butts.



-Please maintain order and cleanliness inside the flat.



-Please respect the areas of the community: stairs and corridor, keeping them clean and passing through them in silence.




-any EXCESSIVE NOISE, LOUD MUSIC AND PARTIES ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN! In the event of receiving complaints from neighbours due to excessive noise or disturbing behaviour by any person in your group, the owner has the right to expel the client and all guests from the flat regardless of whether it is day or night and without giving any refund of the amount already paid for the booking, keeping the security deposit as well.
