Conditions/Extras
A deposit of 50% can be paid in advance. The balance must be paid on site in cash. Travellers who cancel at least 14 days before arrival will receive 100% of the booking amount back. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before arrival, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise they will not receive a refund.

Description of the unit
Apartment no. 5 is the luxury apartment in the house and is located on the second floor. It has a size of about 125 square metres and 4 cosy bedrooms. Three of the bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed, the fourth bedroom with 2 separate beds. The separate eat-in kitchen has a fridge, oven, hob and microwave. You can enjoy a relaxed dinner at the large, comfortable dining table and round off the day with a glass of wine. The bathroom with natural light has a shower, WC and hairdryer. Free WiFi rounds off the overall package.

Arrival from 2 pm to 7 pm Departure until 10 am From 01.01.2024 the overnight stay tax is 2.50 EUR per person and night. The keys are handed over on site. Pets are allowed, surcharge 5 EUR per night
