This detached timber-framed house more than 350 years old with horse breeding is situated below the Tecklenburg elevation. It is ideal for cycling, hiking, walking and strolling. Next to it there is a lovely adventure golf course, where you can play minigolf and get to know part of the Tecklenburg surroundings. The apartment is on the first floor of the timber-framed house and has its own entrance area upstairs.
It provides an ample ca. 85m² of space for a maximum of six people. The living room has a comfortable sofa, a coffee table, a flatscreen TV, a children’s art corner and play corner, and two single beds (90cm wide) behind a partition. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, fridge, stove, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, egg boiler, coffee machine and a dining table with four chairs (two additional chairs are also available). The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (200cm wide) and a large wardrobe. Behind the door there is a further bedroom with two beds facing each other and shelving for your clothing. The bathroom has a shower, two washbasins, a WC and a hairdryer. The owner can provide a highchair and a junior bed/cot on request free of charge. All the rooms have heating and free Wi-Fi.
In summer, the outdoor area in front of the entrance door provides a camping table and chairs, inviting you to sit and relax. There is a grill in the lockable bicycle room, where you can park your bicycles. Next to the front door there is the boiler room where you can hang up laundry to dry. You can park your car in the courtyard free of charge. A maximum of three pets are allowed for a daily fee.
Please vacuum the apartment and remove rubbish, so that no cleaning fee will have to be charged by the owner. Contract workers pay a set cleaning fee on arrival. Bread rolls can be ordered from a delivery service. As the owner lives on site, you have a direct contact person in the event of any queries.
The accommodation is right by beautiful hiking trails. There are various routes from here: the “canyon” is always worth a visit and you can get to the idyllic Wasserschloss Haus Marck in a few minutes along the Königsstrasse.
