The holiday home, built in typical Ibicencan style, offers not only space for two people but also a fantastic view of the sea and the sunsets at sunset.
From the living room, a door leads to the private terrace, which has a large table with chairs and an umbrella to protect you from the midday sun. An external staircase also leads to two other large terraces with beautiful views to the south and west. The sunsets over the sea are beautiful and can be seen very well from here. There is a comfortable sitting area, a small table and a sun lounger. The house also has its own small Mediterranean garden.
The house has a spacious bedroom (17 m2) with a comfortable double bed, two wardrobes and opaque blind, and a bathroom with shower, washbasin, WC and hairdryer. The kitchen is equipped with cooker, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave and offers direct access to the living room, which has a small dining table and a small sofa with cable TV (no German TV channels). There is also air conditioning and a washing machine, as well as free WiFi.
Near the holiday accommodation you will find some of the most beautiful beaches of the island, such as: B. "Cala Conta", "Cala D' Hort", "Cala Vadella" and "Cala Bassa". The nearest beach is about 1 km away. There you will also find restaurants, boutiques and shops for your daily needs. Cala Vadella is a quiet place that invites you to rest and relax.
Late arrival: If you arrive after midnight, the amount shown in the additional costs will be charged by the owner. The owner recommends a rental car for your stay. This accommodation is not suitable for children or people with reduced mobility.
