The apartment is located in a very tranquil area at the entrance to Garmisch below the "Kramer" and "Königstand" with direct access to beautiful hiking trails. Shops, restaurants and other stores are located in the centre of Garmisch, which is 1.2 km away (14-minute walk). The Eibsee cable car is also only 11.1 km or a 20-minute drive away.

Parking spaces are available on the property and on the street. Bed linens and towels are included in the price.
