Information about the host
Our holiday flats belong to a wine-growing estate in Freiburg, which is surrounded by its own vineyards. The property is situated on the south-east side of the Tuniberg in a wonderfully sunny location on the edge of the village; ideal for relaxing. We offer discounted tickets to the Eugen Keidel thermal baths, which can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. The large flats (55 square metres) have a balcony or terrace and our small flat (35 square metres) has a beautiful terrace. Well suited for senior citizens, disabled-friendly, but families with children are also very welcome. Enjoy the Mediterranean ambience with a wonderful view of the vines, the Black Forest and the Breisgau Bay. Go for walks on the easily accessible paths in the vineyards or experience nature and romance around a barbecue. The centre of Freiburg-Waltershofen is only a few minutes' walk away. Here you will find all the shopping facilities for your daily needs. There is a very good public transport connection to the city centre of Freiburg (approx. 10 km) with VAG buses. The bus stop is also just a few minutes' walk away.

Arrival and departure regulations
Arrival is possible from 17:00 (also at night by prior arrangement). On the day of departure, the accommodation is available until 10:00 am. Please always contact the landlord in good time before your arrival to confirm the handover of the keys.

Different cancellation conditions of the host
Cancellations up to 60 days before arrival are free of charge, later cancellations will be charged at 90% of the travel price. A deposit is due with the booking. The prices quoted do not include tourist tax. The local tourist tax must be paid on site.

Description of the unit
Our large ground floor flat has a cosy living room with sofa, smart TV, dining table and a complete kitchenette with cooker, oven, dishwasher and fridge with freezer compartment. The first bedroom has a double bed and a Smart TV. In the second bedroom there is a bunk bed and a single bed. The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, shower and WC. The flat has multi-split air conditioning to ensure a pleasant indoor climate at all times. From the seating area on your own terrace, you can enjoy the view of the vineyards and the surrounding area.
