The holiday apartment "Bolzano" is located in the old town of the South Tyrolean capital Bolzano (Bozen) and offers space for 4 persons. The modern apartment has a living area with a sofa bed, one bedroom with a double bed and a well-equipped kitchen. Furthermore, there is 1 bathroom available. Wi-Fi, cable TV, air conditioning and a washing machine are also part of the apartment's facilities. The highlight of the apartment is its special location: the building is located in the middle of the pedestrian area of the old town of Bolzano (Bozen), not far from Waltherplatz, where the beautiful Christmas market takes place in December, and the cathedral (approx. 200 m). In the immediate vicinity there are numerous restaurants with traditional South Tyrolean cuisine, cafés and many shops. The famous South Tyrolean Museum of Archaeology, where you can learn about the history of the man from the ice "Ötzi", is also just a few minutes walk away. Also the cable car to the Rittner plateau (about 10 minutes walk) and the central station (about 3 minutes walk) are only a stone's throw away.

Guests can use the breakfast service (for an additional charge) at the Regina Hotel, which is about 200 m away and where guests will pick up their keys for check-in.
The apartment can only be reached by stairs, as there is no elevator.
Pets are not allowed.
All guests over 14 years of age must pay a visitor's tax.
