The communal outdoor area, shared with the other homes of the holiday facility, boasts a spacious pool, perfect for morning swims in the sunny garden area. The closest beach, the sandy Playa de la Ballena, is a 18-minute walk (1.5 km) from the complex and the nearest supermarkets, restaurants, a pharmacy and a bus stop can all be reached within a 3-minute walk (250 m). The pretty town of Rota is located 11 km (14-minute drive) west of Costa Ballena and invites you to stroll along its narrow streets and enjoy the many restaurants and bars around the scenic marina and along the beaches. The closest international airport is located 40 km away, outside of Jerez, and can be reached by car in 30 minutes.

One parking space is available on the property, and there are parking spaces on the street. Pets are allowed. Bed linens and towels are included in the price.
