The furnishing and equipment of the holiday flat is modern with classic elements and
very family and dog friendly.

The entrance to the holiday flat is accessible from the car park via a staircase.

The holiday flat has a bathroom, a bedroom (1x bed 180x200cm + 1 cot)

A living-dining area with: fully equipped kitchen, 2 functional couches with 140x200cm sleeping area each when pulled out, a family dining table with children's high chair. A family dining table with children's high chair.

All important everyday helpers (washing machine, dryer, etc.) are available.
In addition, care has been taken to ensure the safety of the youngest guests, e.g. in the form of socket safety devices throughout the flat, as well as edge protection on the furniture.
The flat has its own entrance, external roller shutters (partly electric), a small balcony approx. 5 m², as well as a terrace approx. 10 m² and a completely fenced property approx. 50 m².
On the terrace there is a barbecue and a complete seating set.
On the property there is a rock garden, as well as a play area for children, this includes a sandpit, a slide and a children's playhouse. A cosy garden bench invites you to watch the children play.

Our house is a detached house with a separate flat and its own entrance.

The holiday flat is located in the medieval town of Hachenburg in the Altstadt district in a quiet location on the edge of the village / forest. In about 200m distance you have the opportunity to explore kilometres of hiking and cycling forest trails. A grotto which invites you to linger is about 300m away. There are huge free running areas for dogs in the form of meadows about 150m away.

The flat has external shutters (partly electric), a small balcony approx. 5 m², as well as a terrace approx. 10m² and a completely fenced property approx. 35-40m². 35-40m².

The city centre and the indoor/outdoor swimming pool are also within walking distance as they are only about 1.5 km and 2.5 km away respectively.

Important information:

Dogs of any size cost 7.50 euros per night.

Children up to 3 years stay free of charge. From 3 - 17 years 10 Euro per night.

The landlord will charge a deposit of €100 in cash on arrival. The deposit will be returned to you on the day of departure.

As families and dog-friendliness are important to us, you have your own washing machine, dishwasher and tumble dryer at your disposal. For self-catering, a cooker with induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine have been installed.

For our younger guests there are various toys, board games and colouring materials available indoors, and there is also a media library in the TV area via Sky with an extensive children's programme which can be obtained free of charge.

For the youngest guests there is a playpen, a cot, a high chair, a changing table, a baby bath, a baby shower seat and a bottle warmer, children's crockery for eating is also available.

In the outdoor area there is a slide, a children's playhouse, a sandpit and a bobby car. A garden bench for relaxing is located directly in the area of your playing child.

For our adult guests we have a terrace / sunny side with table and chairs as well as the possibility to provide shade with a large traffic light parasol.

A possibility to barbecue is also available.

Furthermore it is possible to watch the current Bundesliga as well as various films, documentaries etc. via Sky. (a Bluray player is also available). The property may be utilised. There is the possibility to park your bicycles or prams covered and lockable

The flat is designed for max. 4 persons. In the bedroom there is a 180cmx200cm bed and a cot. In the living room are 2 couches which can be pulled out and have a lying surface of 140cmx200cm each.
