The holiday apartment is very suitable for families. Children are very welcome. The landlord does not allow the guests to celebrate parties in the apartment.

Outside you will find a private garden and 2 private terraces where you can finish the evening with a glass of wine or a delicious beer from the region while admiring the fantastic mountain panorama in front of you. The centre of Ruhpolding with many excursion possibilities like the leisure park Ruhpolding, the Chiemgau Arena and a summer toboggan run can be reached after 11 km or a 13-minute drive. For a day trip you can visit the Berchtesgaden National Park (25.2 km or a 32-minute drive), Lake Königssee (34 km or 43-minute drive) and Lake Chiemsee with its fantastic islands (27 km or 28-minute drive).
