A short distance from Positano, this splendid house enjoys a breathtaking view of the sea and the sun of the wonderful Amalfi Coast. Villa Anna has an area of 90 square metres and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people.


You can reach the house from the main street of "Li Parlati", an ancient hamlet in the upper part of Positano, by taking the public lift (for a fee) then climbing about 30 steps. Lift opening hours: 6:30am to 1:00am. Alternatively, there are 250 stairs.


The area where the house is located is pedestrianised so if you arrive by car, you will need to park in a public car park (for a fee) nearby.


Inside, the house has a bright and spacious open plan living area with living room and kitchen. The living room has modern, essential but elegant furnishings: double sofa bed, table with chairs for 6 and TV. A French door leads to the terrace, which is equipped with a small table and chairs. The spectacular view extends from the sea to Positano, along the entire coastline. The kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner hob, gas oven, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, moka coffee maker, toaster and other small appliances.


The house is part of a building with several flats. It is, however, a private house.

For a comfortable stay, there are three bedrooms in the villa, with A/C and heating, and two bathrooms

- Bedroom 1: Queen-Size double bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers, TV, window and French doors to the sea view terrace

- Bedroom 2: Queen-Size double bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers, TV, sea view window

- Bedroom 3: Queen-Size double bed, bedside tables, three-door wardrobe and mirror, TV, bay window

- Sleeping place in living room: Double sofa bed

- Bathroom 1: Washbasin, toilet, bidet, shower, hairdryer

- Bathroom 2: Washbasin, toilet, bidet, shower, hair dryer
