This flat is characterised by the beautiful view directly onto the village of Ellmau and the Wilder Kaiser. The flat (incl. balcony) has a living room with 3-seater sofa, TV, dining area and of course a kitchen with Nespresso, 4-burner cooker and microwave. In the living room there is a folding bed for 2 persons (180 cm x 200 cm) and in the hallway a bunk bed (2x90 x 200 cm). The bathroom has a shower, washbasin and toilet.

The Bergsigt flats are located in the approx. 900 m high Berghof apartment complex directly on the ski slope in winter and on the beautiful hiking route in summer.

On the first floor is the Talseite flat, a completely renovated studio for up to 4 people. The flat is located on the north side of the building with a magnificent view of the Wilder Kaiser.

On the fourth and top floor there are three flats, Brenner side, north side and south side. These are directly opposite each other, which is ideal if you are renting more flats. The flats have two floors, a living floor and a sleeping floor and are non-smoking.

The obligatory deposit of 250 euros is explicitly mentioned there

Pets are not welcome!

A deposit of 250 euros is required for each reservation, which is transferred with the payment of the rent and the local tax. The deposit will be refunded after the stay, provided that everything in the flat has been left as agreed.

The key procedure will be sent after payment of the rental amount including deposit. The deposit will be refunded after return of the key and proper handover of the flat.
