Our beautiful and lovingly refurbished non-smoking holiday home in Stolberg offers enough space for up to 8 people (approx. 140 m2). It consists of 3 large bedrooms and bathroom on the upper floors and the general living area on the ground floor with living room, eat-in kitchen and shower room.
The new and well-equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, oven with ceramic hob and fridge with integrated freezer compartment as well as microwave, toaster and coffee machine.
Washing machine and tumble dryer can also be used.
In the general living area on the ground floor with living room, large (eat-in) kitchen and floor-level shower room, the underfloor heating ensures a pleasant living climate in the cold months.
Up to 2 parking spaces can be used directly at the holiday home.

Various board games and books are available.
If the weather is suitable, you can use the large courtyard area with bench and cosy lounge. The same applies to the neighbouring garden area.

The house is surrounded by greenery and yet is centrally located. The idyllic old town with Stolberg Castle can be reached on foot in 5 minutes, the city centre and shopping facilities can be reached on foot in 10 minutes.
Stolberg is located on the northern edge of the Eifel and is an ideal starting point for hiking or cycling. The nearby Kornelimünster is the starting point of the Eifelsteig trail.
Belgium and the Netherlands can be reached within half an hour's drive. Nearby cities such as Aachen and Maastricht with their great flair invite you to take a stroll. A trip to the Rhine with its major cities of Cologne and Düsseldorf is also just over an hour away.
