Modern and cosy design flat in the Kalsa district, a stone's throw from the main attractions.
The flat, on the third floor of a building without lift, has recently been renovated by an architect who has made the most of the space. Upon entering, one enters a cosy living area with parquet flooring, furnished with a sofa bed, a workstation, designer shelves, as well as a dining area. Behind this area is the well-equipped kitchen, complete with oven and microwave. The mezzanine houses the sleeping area with a double futon bed and a built-in wardrobe.
The small balcony overlooks the remains of ancient buildings and is the perfect place to read a book or drink a glass of local wine. A practical bathroom with shower completes the property, as well as comforts such as free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating.
*The stairs leading to the mezzanine are not equipped with a railing, so it is not suitable for children and young people under the age of 16.
*The property is currently undergoing renovation and painting. For this reason it is possible that there may be noise during the day.
*At arrival or a few days before arrival you may be required to pay a tourist tax, the amount of which varies according to local regulations. You will find all the information regarding your booking in the Guest Area of Wonderful Italy.
We also offer our guests authentic experiences to live in contact with the locals. If interested, please contact us and we will be happy to help you create your perfect holiday discovering the beauties of Italy.
Palermo, one of the most beautiful cities of art in the country and the capital of Sicily, offers the wonder of UNESCO heritage sites that can be visited in the city's four historic districts. Tourists can take part in the 'Baroque itinerary of Palermo' to visit the city's main monuments, such as the Church of the Santissimo Salvatore, the Church of Santa Maria del Monte Oliveto and the Church of the Conception. The city also offers the opportunity to take part in the 'Tour of Palermo's Historic Markets' that will allow guests to explore the markets of Ballarò and Capo, where lunch or a snack, at the Palermo market, dishes must be 'strictly' tasted with just the help of the hands! This tour will also give tourists the opportunity to admire notable buildings, streets and squares.
The central train station is 1 km away, the terminus of all trains and buses to and from the airport. Several buses leave from the same station for places such as Mondello or Monreale.
