Here you have the unique opportunity to rent a holiday home directly on the cliffs of Dahme / Dahmeshöved with a direct view of the Baltic Sea.

This wonderful holiday home with a maritime atmosphere was built in 2018 and we would like to introduce it to you as follows...
You drive your vehicle through the large gate onto the approx. 600 m² property and park with max. two vehicles directly at the house.
You get out of your car and enter the entrance area, which leads into the second sun terrace to enjoy the evening sun (west facing). There is a cupboard for beach shoes and beach gear.
Open the front door and you will find yourself in the entrance hallway, from which a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, which can be used free of charge, branches off to the left. From this room you can access a separate WC and the sauna area with a view of the Baltic Sea, which you can also use free of charge. A large shower area and direct access to the east-facing terrace are available for cooling off. After a sauna session, relax on the loungers and enjoy the view of the Baltic Sea.

You continue straight ahead and reach your living area.
You open your flat door and your eyes are immediately captivated by the sea view.
Enter your living/dining room with open-plan kitchen. This is divided into ...
- the open-plan kitchen with oven, microwave, 4-ring ceramic hob, coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment (three drawers) and all other kitchen utensils.
In the dining area there is a large table with 6 chairs.
- A comfortable sofa, an armchair and a rocking bench await you in the living room, where you can linger for hours and "unwind" with a view of the Baltic Sea. Perhaps enjoy a glass of wine by the fireplace with a view of the crackling, warming fire?

- Bedroom (1): with sea view, box-spring bed (160 cm x 200 cm), wardrobe, bedside lamps, pleated blinds and a TV.
- Bedroom (2): with two single box-spring beds (80 cm x 200 cm), which you can also put together, bedside table, shelf, bedside lamps, pleated blinds and a TV. The wardrobe is located in the anteroom of the room.
- Shower room: large floor-to-ceiling shower, washbasin with mirror, toilet and a window.
- Guest WC: toilet, window and washbasin with mirror.
All rooms in the house are equipped with underfloor central heating.
Free WiFi is available throughout your stay.

From the living room you can access the large east-facing wooden terrace with sea view, a table with chairs, a beach chair, two sun loungers, two hammocks and direct access to the beach (stairs), which are waiting for you.

If you want to end the day with a view of the sea in the deckchairs provided on the cliff - enjoy the evening atmosphere by the sea!

There is a garden shed for your bicycles on the property.

This house is located directly on the cliff and is therefore only conditionally suitable for children. (Beware of the risk of falling! Responsibility lies with the legal guardians/parents)
