The rental price includes additional costs such as guest taxes/SaastalCARD, internet and final cleaning. The flat is rented with bed and bath linen and exclusive kitchen equipment. Transfer by electric taxi is not included.

Saas-Fee is a car-free resort and the flat in Châlet Birkhahn is only accessible by electric taxi. Please let us know shortly before your arrival in Saas-Fee and we will organise the electric transfer for you. The last 200 metres to Châlet Birkhahn can be reached on foot. The keys are handed over directly at the house by the landlord or are deposited in the key safe. Further arrival instructions will be given when the reservation is confirmed.
