Surrounded by a beautiful terraced garden plot, overgrown with orange, apricot, medlar and lemon trees, banana bushes and many Mediterranean plants, the detached house AMANDA looks out over the Laconian Bay. From the large, all-round, covered terrace, the view is unobstructed to the sea and the first headlands of the Mani region.
The two-storey holiday home is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, accessed by stairs. Colourful, magnificent oleander plants line the entrance to the property. On the raised ground floor is the spacious living room with high, wood-panelled ceiling and an open-plan kitchenette. Adjacent to the living room is the double bedroom, the small children's bedroom (2 single beds, 1.80m long) and the bathroom. In addition, the living room leads directly to the large, covered terrace with a beautiful sea view. On the side of the holiday home is a small storage and tool shed. In the basement of the holiday home is a storage room, which is not rented out.
The detached single house AMANDA is ideal for families with children who want to spend a nice holiday close to the sea and surrounded by nature.
On the fine sandy beach directly below the holiday home you can swim in Rhe in the clear water and sunbathe in the small dunes. A taverna above the beach, halfway to your holiday home, offers good, Greek cuisine. The location of the holiday home is suitable for excursions, as it is virtually the gateway both to Mani and to the neighbouring eastern finger of Laconia, to Monemvassia and the beautiful island of Elafonissos. Not to be missed is the Byzantine Mistras, which lies to the north.
