Your future team

You will be part of Holidu’s paid search team - an international team with people from Denmark, Spain, Germany, Italy, USA, Hong Kong and Portugal. With such diverse backgrounds we love talking about food, cultures and of course we take travelling very seriously including our annual workation week in the Canary Islands.

This is a part-time position for currently enrolled students who can stay on as a working student for 1-2 years.

Your role in this journey

You will work within our Performance Marketing team in order to drive the Holidu business and continually grow revenues and profitability.

Your tasks span all areas of Online Marketing:

Set up and launch large-scale, international Search Engine Advertising (SEA) campaigns.
Analyze and optimize the set-up of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns.
Test and evaluate the activities on different performance channels.
Generate insights and implement improvements through monitoring key metrics like CTR, CVR and ROAS.
Craft and refine localized ad copy and other creative assets at scale to maximize engagement and conversion rates.

Your backpack is filled with

You will be enrolled for at least another year in a university program, ideally with a focus in Marketing, Business, Mathematics, Computer Science or a related field.
Previous internship or working student experience in Search Engine Advertising and/or Digital marketing is a plus.
Quantitative mindset, a proactive personality and a desire to work with data and to constantly improve.
Fluent English, any additional European language is a plus.
Proficient knowledge of Google Workspace, especially Sheets / Excel.
