Your future team

You will be a member of the FP&A team; made up of 6 people and will be mentored by a Senior FP&A Analyst. The FP&A team supports the wider Holidu business with financial planning, tracking of performance vs budget as well as providing financial insights that support with strategic decision making.

Start: from now on Working Hours: 20 hrs per week

Your role in this journey

Support in the month-end management and investor reporting process.
Monitoring of actual performance vs Budget and understanding key drivers.
Supporting in the annual budgeting process.
Verification and reconciliation of monthly partner commissions.
Preparation of ad-hoc data requests and analysis supporting the wider FP&A team.
Optimise existing month end processes, looking for possible efficiencies.

Your backpack is filled with

Ongoing studies in Business Administration/Economics or a similar quantitative degree, ideally with a focus on finance.
Being very comfortable using Excel.
High work precision and attention to detail.
Passion for numbers and their link to business implications.
Team spirit, motivation, and self-responsibility.
Very good English skills.
