Working Student Employer Branding (all genders)

You will be part of our Talent & Organization Team, consisting of 23 people. Besides recruiting and taking care of our existing employees, we are huge foodies and are also always keen on spending time together in our free time. From trying new restaurants & cafés to theater visits, we're open for any kind of activity!

This is a part-time position for currently enrolled students.

As a Working Student Employer Branding, you will actively contribute in further developing our Employer Branding strategy and increasing brand awareness across all our local markets in Europe.

• Support in establishing partnerships with universities across Europe to attract top talent.
• Contribute to exciting projects and support in organizing recruiting events.
• Develop and publish engaging social media content to highlight our workplace culture, employee stories and achievements, together with the Marketing department.
• Conduct research and benchmarking on Employer Branding and target group trends to ensure we stay up-to-date with the latest industry insights, best practices, and innovative approaches.
• Maintain and further improve our branding materials to assure a great candidate experience across all touchpoints (career page, job ads and job offers).
• Keep our Kununu and Glassdoor profiles up-to-date, respond to reviews, and actively monitor feedback.
• Take responsibility for our branded merchandise.

• You are currently enrolled in a university program, ideally with a focus in Marketing, Communication or a related field.
• Previous internship or working student experience in Social Media Management, Marketing, Employer Branding or similar is a plus.
• A passion for branding, storytelling and social media.
• A proactive and a creative, innovative mindset.
• Strong time management and organizational skills and an eye for detail.
• Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
