Your future team
The Partner Homes department is a highly international team covering the whole value chain from partner acquisition to onboarding and optimization.
The Technical Account Management team is responsible for managing all connections and data for our 100+ partners, including major travel tech companies like Booking.com and Expedia. The team is integrating our partners API’s, onboarding them to our platform, and bridging the gap between the business and tech world.
Together with other Product Managers and Technical Account Managers, you will provide the best experience for our guests and partners.
Your role in this journey
Manage accounts in one of our core markets, the DACH region, partnering with some of our largest clients to drive revenue growth on our platform.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across your portfolio.
Identify and lead new projects or initiatives to solve customer pain points and improve the guest experience.
Manage technical integrations of new and existing partners through either their API or our own API.
Improve the data quality and performance of Holidu's partner inventory.
Use various tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Looker, Zendesk or Kibana, to manage projects and investigate incidents.
Be the voice of the customer and manage integrations and optimizations of new partners or features by connecting business requirements with technical implementation.
Your backpack is filled with
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Informativs, Economics or similar.
Experience in business or partner development or a similar customer-facing role.
Experience using data and metrics to identify and drive improvements - ideally experience with data analytics solutions.
High level of enthusiasm for data and technology.
Professional communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Creative, team-oriented, and eager to learn.
A problem-solver committed to delivering high-quality data to users.
Experience working with API integrations (ie. JSON, XML) is a strong plus but not mandatory.
Fluent in English; German (C1 level) required.
