Your future team

Holidu offers a software and service solution that helps hosts manage and distribute their properties more efficiently. Join our dynamic and highly international Business Development team in Holidu, where we cover the entire value chain from partner acquisition to onboarding and account optimization. We are a team of passionate individuals who bridge the gap between business and technology, working for a profitable and seamless experience with Holidu for our connected partners in the VR Sector. As a part of the Business Development Team, you will play a vital role in our team's success and contribute to the growth of our Northern European market.

Your role in this journey

  • Oversee the growth and management of Holidu’s vacation rental supply across the Northern European region, including DACH, The Netherlands, the UK, and the Nordics.
  • Set and achieve ambitious targets for inventory growth, eRevenues, and supply quality while leading and motivating a team of 5 FTEs to deliver peak performance in sales and account management.
  • Optimize the data quality & accuracy of our inventory with dedicated account management and upselling.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including performance marketing, guest experience, TAM/Conn, and CHT teams, to address challenges and optimize partner support systems.
  • Foster a dynamic and engaging team culture through gamification initiatives, team-building events, and a supportive environment that drives performance and retention of top talent.
  • Contribute to executing a regional business strategy that supports Holidu's global vision, including Holidu Homes and Holidu Smart Destination, ensuring team alignment with broader company objectives.

Your backpack is filled with

  • Demonstrated leadership experience in sales, account management, or a closely related field.
  • Proven ability to recruit, develop, and manage high-performing teams to deliver outstanding results.
  • Expertise in mentoring, coaching, and inspiring team members to achieve their full potential.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to refining strategies for inventory acquisition and enhancing quality standards.
  • A sales-driven mindset with exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
  • A contagious customer-first mindset and experience in bi-laterally achieving satisfaction for both partners and end-users.
  • A proactive, ambitious, and humble personality that thrives on setting and exceeding goals while continuously seeking improvement.
  • A degree in management, economics, tourism, or a related discipline.
  • Fluent English and German skills; additional language skills, such as Dutch or a Nordic language, are highly desirable.
