Your future team

Our dynamic Business Development team brings together 18 talented Sales and Partnership Managers from 12 different nationalities, fostering a truly diverse and collaborative environment. Spanning across 3 European locations, this team works together seamlessly to achieve our growth goals. As our Senior Strategic Partnership Manager, you'll report to our Director of Business Development and collaborate closely with our CEO to spearhead relationships with Holidu's most important partners. The level of experience you bring will determine whether this is an "Expert" or "Principal" role. In either case, you'll have significant ownership and the chance to make a real difference.

Your role in this journey

Be a revenue champion: You'll own a significant portion of Holidu's revenue by managing and growing our top accounts. Your success directly impacts Holidu's bottom line.
Shape the partner ecosystem: Work hand-in-hand with product and engineering teams to ensure seamless technical integrations and an exceptional partner experience. This will involve regular collaboration and clear communication to bridge the gap between business goals and technical execution.
Foster a culture of collaboration: You'll act as an internal entrepreneur, working across teams (technical account management, connectivity, guest experience, business intelligence, performance marketing) to achieve shared goals.
Elevate the guest experience: You'll collaborate closely with partners like Booking.com and Vrbo to ensure their vacation rentals seamlessly integrate with Holidu's booking platform. This improves the experience for millions of guests.
Negotiate win-win partnerships: You'll lead commercial negotiations with top accounts, prioritising the development of long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.
Design, drive, and execute high-impact projects to optimise internal processes and enhance partner performance.
Be a data-driven leader: You'll establish key account processes, create insightful reports, and present findings to management and stakeholders.

Your backpack is filled with

Successful track record in consulting and/or strategic partnership management.
Combine relationship-building skills with analytical capabilities to improve our key partner’s performance.
Business acumen and hands-on mentality to maximise our main partnerships.
Understand technology’s role in business growth and collaborate with engineering teams. You can comfortably navigate technical discussions with engineering teams and product managers to optimise integrations, identify opportunities, and ensure seamless partner experiences.
Exceptional at negotiating win-win partnerships.
Being able to design, manage, and execute high-impact projects is essential for optimising internal processes and partner performance.
High attention to detail. Many times small things can significantly impact our revenue.
Experience with large travel accounts is a plus, allowing you to hit the ground running.
Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Tourism, or related field preferred.
Fluent English skills required; German and other European language skills are a plus.
