Senior Product Manager - Host Experience (all genders)

Holidu is our software and service solution with the mission to make the booking and hosting of holiday homes free of doubt and full of joy. You will be part of the Host Experience department, a highly international team consisting of 40 (and growing) developers, Product Managers, UX Designers, Technical Support Engineers and QA. Together with your colleagues, you will focus on creating best-in-class web and native mobile apps to help hosts and internal stakeholders effectively manage vacation rentals. 

• Identify integration opportunities and define your product's vision and strategy for property distribution across multiple booking platforms.
• Understand partner requirements and technical specifications to develop new integrations and enhance existing ones.
• Improve existing booking platforms' integration: From requirements gathering, and API design to implementation, monitoring, and performance optimization.
• Lead new booking platforms integration from partner evaluation to concept and release.
• Work closely with other product managers, engineering teams, business stakeholders, and distribution partners.
• Conduct technical discovery to identify integration challenges and opportunities, compile requirements, develop proof of concepts, and turn solutions into reality with the support of Backend and Technical support engineers.
• Collaborate with multiple different teams and oversee complex projects delivery.
• Systematically leverage data to uncover distribution opportunities, drive decision making, and prioritize projects to achieve both short and long-term objectives.
• Create, prioritize and maintain the team's API roadmap and integration backlog.
• Gain exposure to complex integration challenges and find solutions for efficiently solving them.

• 5+ years of product management experience with significant focus on API products or integration platforms, preferably in travel tech.
• Deep technical expertise including advanced understanding of API design principles, integration patterns, SQL, and distributed systems.
• Strategic mindset with proven ability to translate business objectives into technical requirements and influence organizational priorities.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a history of delivering enterprise-grade solutions for complex technical challenges.
• Advanced stakeholder management skills with experience leading teams and collaborating with both C-level executives and external partners.
• Data-driven approach with expertise in defining and tracking success metrics for integration performance and business impact.
