(Senior) Performance Marketing Manager (f/m/d)

You will be part of an international team with people from Denmark, Spain, Germany, Italy, USA, Greece and Portugal. With such diverse backgrounds, we love talking about food, cultures and of course, we take travelling very seriously including our annual workation week in the Canary Islands. This team is led by Andreas, who has over a decade of experience in the field of digital marketing, and you’re going to work closely with Rasmus, one of Holidu’s Co-Founders.

• Structure and manage large-scale, international Search Engine Advertising (SEA) campaigns.
• Implement and fine-tune bidding strategies such as tCPA and tROAS.
• Provide in-depth analysis and optimization of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaign performance using Looker.
• Enable process improvements together with Marketing Tech, Business Intelligence and IT.
• Drive A/B-tests and evaluate the activities on paid search channels with significant budgets
• Craft and refine localized ad copy and other creative assets at scale to maximize engagement and conversion rates.

• Studies in business, economics, physics, computer science or related.
• Quantitative mindset, a proactive personality and a desire to work with data and to constantly improve.
• At least 3 years experience in Search Engine Advertising with Google Ads. Microsoft Ads is a big plus.
• Ability to understand complex data sets and build advanced Looker Dashboards.
• Fluent English, any additional language is a plus.
• Proficient knowledge of Google Workspace, especially Sheets / Excel.
• Experience in programming languages or statistics is a plus.
