Your future team

You’ll join the Talent & Organization Team at Holidu as our dedicated Learning & Development (L&D) partner for the Tech organization, working closely with the Engineering, Product, and Data teams. You’ll also lead our company-wide onboarding journey.

We’re a small team with big ambition, focused on building learning experiences that scale, drive performance, and prepare us for the future of work. This is a mid-level builder role for someone ready to take ownership, not just execute tasks.

Your role in this journey

  • Identify learning needs in Tech and translate them into scalable, practical programs.

  • Manage our company-wide onboarding program.

  • Deliver engaging learning experiences in formats that fit: async, blended, live.

  • Co-create content with internal trainers and tech stakeholders.

  • Own the end-to-end delivery of learning programs, from scoping to iteration.

  • Use data and feedback to improve learning impact, not just satisfaction.

  • Maintain and evolve core learning and development (L&D) systems, including content libraries, tools, and skill matrices.

  • Support AI enablement - helping Tech and the wider org build confidence in emerging technologies.

Your backpack is filled with

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in L&D, especially content creation, onboarding, or tech-facing programs.
  • Proven ability to manage learning projects end-to-end.
  • Experience working cross-functionally, ideally with tech teams.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a proactive, builder mindset.
  • Clear and confident communication in English.
  • Bonus: experience with onboarding ownership, LMS/tools, or AI-related topics.
