Learning & Development Manager (all genders)

You’ll join the Talent & Organization Team at Holidu as our dedicated Learning & Development (L&D) partner for the Tech organization, working closely with the Engineering, Product, and Data teams. You’ll also lead our company-wide onboarding journey.

We’re a small team with big ambition, focused on building learning experiences that scale, drive performance, and prepare us for the future of work. This is a mid-level builder role for someone ready to take ownership, not just execute tasks.

• Identify learning needs in Tech and translate them into scalable, practical programs.

• Manage our company-wide onboarding program.

• Deliver engaging learning experiences in formats that fit: async, blended, live.

• Co-create content with internal trainers and tech stakeholders.

• Own the end-to-end delivery of learning programs, from scoping to iteration.

• Use data and feedback to improve learning impact, not just satisfaction.

• Maintain and evolve core learning and development (L&D) systems, including content libraries, tools, and skill matrices.

• Support AI enablement - helping Tech and the wider org build confidence in emerging technologies.

• Take initiative and own outcomes without needing step-by-step direction.

• Think in systems and scalable solutions, not just single training sessions.

• Treat learning as a product, and learners as internal customers.

• Communicate clearly, especially when conveying complex information.

• Stay curious, strive for progress over perfection, and reflect frequently.

• Evolve your work based on feedback, not just opinion.

If you're ready to own impactful learning in Tech and onboarding, and grow while helping Holidu do the same, we’d love to meet you.

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in L&D, especially content creation, onboarding, or tech-facing programs.
• Proven ability to manage learning projects end-to-end.
• Experience working cross-functionally, ideally with tech teams.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a proactive, builder mindset.
• Clear and confident communication in English.
• Bonus: experience with onboarding ownership, LMS/tools, or AI-related topics.
