Your future team

Holidu offers a software and service solution which helps vacation rental owners manage and distribute their properties more efficiently. Join our motivated, high-performance and diverse team in Hamburg. This is a 6-months temporary position.

Your role in this journey

Support Account Managers with onboarding and background operations. Assist with ensuring all host information and accounts are up-to-date and properly organized.
Address customer queries and needs, providing timely solutions and ensuring satisfaction throughout the process.
Assist Sales Representatives occasionally in background operations.
Contribute to special campaigns launched by Holidu to enhance customer performance and satisfaction.

Your backpack is filled with

Recently completed a degree in tourism, economics, business administration, or any related field.
A proactive attitude with a strong eagerness to learn and a curious mindset.
The ability to prioritize tasks and demonstrate good organizational skills with a methodical approach to tasks.
A positive mindset towards new challenges and an empathetic personality that fosters strong interpersonal relationships.
Near-native German and fluent English skills – both written and spoken.
No previous experience required, newly graduated students are welcome to apply.
