Your future team

You will be joining the FP&A team, made up of 6 people, and will be mentored by a Senior FP&A Analyst. This team plays a crucial role in supporting the wider Holidu business with financial planning, tracking performance against the budget, and providing key financial insights that drive strategic decision-making. The team is currently undergoing an exciting transformation, offering you the opportunity to get involved in various innovative projects and exciting challenges, where you can truly make an impact on the company's evolution.

This is a 6-month position, perfect for someone looking to kickstart their career or take their first steps in finance!

Your role in this journey

Support in the month-end management and investor reporting process.
Verification and reconciliation of monthly partner commissions.
Preparation of ad-hoc data requests and analysis supporting the wider FP&A team.
Optimise existing month-end processes, looking for possible efficiencies.
Involvement in finance process improvement projects, e.g., building out new reporting files that track actual results vs budget

Your backpack is filled with

A completed or nearly completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a similar quantitative field, ideally with a focus on finance.
Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Attention to detail and a high level of precision in your work.
A genuine passion for numbers and their link to business implications.
Team spirit, motivation, and self-responsibility.
Any knowledge of SQL is a plus.
Fluent English. German language skills are a plus.
