Your future team

Become an integral part of our dynamic and diverse Business Development team at Holidu, focusing on the Sales and Onboarding processes for the DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) market. Immerse yourself in a collaborative environment where we seamlessly connect business and technology to ensure a profitable and streamlined experience for our partners in the Vacation Rental (VR) Sector. As an Intern in the Business Development Team, you will play a crucial role in our team's success and contribute to the expansion of our presence in the DACH region.

This is a 6-months temporary position.

Your role in this journey

As an Intern, you will assume responsibilities similar to our Partnership Managers (PAMs). Your primary focus will involve onboarding new partners onto the Holidu Booking Portal and ensuring their successful performance and profitability within our platform. Working closely with both the Technical Account Management (TAM) team and the Business Development team, your tasks will include configuring partners in our tools, conducting test bookings, and optimizing their online visibility with an emphasis on quality and bookability.

Additional Responsibilities:

Lead the Onboarding and integration processes for newly signed Holidu partners in the DACH market.
Ensure all necessary information for integration is provided by the partner, maintaining close communication to address any missing details.
Collaborate closely with the TAM and Business Development teams to onboard new partners, with a specific focus on the DACH market.
Configure partners in our internal tools to facilitate a seamless integration process.
Conduct test bookings to validate the accuracy and functionality of partner integrations.
Enhance partner quality by identifying and validating errors related to their online data and the Customer booking funnel.
Optimize the accounts of already integrated properties using predefined metrics and scores to improve their online performance and ensure a seamless booking experience for users.
Maximize the number of searchable properties for newly integrated partners, enriching our platform's inventory.
Follow the integration workflow in our CRM system and adhere to integration deadlines.

Your backpack is filled with

Degree in Business administration, Tourism, IT, Economics or related fields.
Comfortable and experienced in working with technology and digital tools.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Highly process-driven with analytical thinking capabilities.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and partners.
Near-native German and fluent English skills. Additional languages like French, Italian or Spanish are a plus.
