Your future team

You will be part of our Talent & Organization Team, consisting of 23 people. Besides recruiting and taking care of our existing employees, we are huge foodies and are also always keen on spending time together in our free time. From trying new restaurants & cafés to theater visits, we're open for any kind of activity!

This is a 6-months temporary position for recent university graduates.

Your role in this journey

Support our recruiting process and take care of your own job openings (job postings, active sourcing, conducting interviews, applicant management).
Drive company spirit and culture via events and team activities.
Be responsible for your own projects.
Support other Talent & Organization functions if necessary.
Organize employer branding activities and events.

Your backpack is filled with

Recently finished degree in Business Administration, Psychology or Economics.
Previous experiences in Recruiting and Human Resources are a plus.
Outstanding communication skills.
Independent and reliable working method.
Good problem-solving skills.
Open and enthusiastic about communicating with people.
Excellent English skills; any other European language skills are a plus.
