Your future team

As Head of Strategic Partnerships at Holidu, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding our network of Holidu Homes distribution partners. You will serve as the primary commercial point of contact for these partners, coordinating across all relevant Holidu departments to ensure Holidu Homes perform optimally on all distribution channels. This role will ​report to our VP ​Performance Marketing, Rasmus.

Your role in this journey

  • Manage and nurture existing relationships with current distribution partners to ensure a growth-oriented collaboration and optimal Holidu Home listing performance.

  • Act as the commercial point of contact, ensuring smooth communication and operations, and escalating issues when needed to unblock product teams.

  • Lead our Affiliate marketing team and grow the affiliate channel across API, whitelabel and affiliate network partnerships

  • Obtain attractive commercial partnership deals and ensure win-win long term partnerships are established with our key partners

  • Ensure Holidu Homes is top of mind of distribution partners' senior management and perceived in a positive light (eg. proactively considered for pilot projects).

  • Prepare and present regular reports on partnership performance, market insights, and strategic recommendations to senior management.

  • Monitor and analyse the performance of listings across distribution channels, designing and coordinating implementation of roadmaps to continuously drive Holidu Home listing performance.

  • Work closely across departments, in particular product, sales, marketing, and customer service, to align and coordinate strategies to ensure the success of distribution initiatives.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities and threats.

  • Negotiate terms and agreements with new and existing partners to ensure mutually beneficial arrangements.

  • Identify, evaluate, and develop new distribution opportunities to support the Holidu Homes commercial pitch and increase the reach / visibility of Holidu Homes

  • Gain market, product, and operational insights and spread the learnings across the organization so other departments can benefit from industry best practices.

Your backpack is filled with

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a related role within the travel or hospitality industry. Team management experience is a must.

  • Skills:

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

    • Proven ability to manage and grow strategic partnerships.

    • Strong team leadership experience

    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

    • Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.

    • Ability to work collaboratively across departments.

    • Self-motivated and able to work independently.

    • Technical proficiency and familiarity working with product teams
